We all had a blast
We challenged Team Kona to a little basketball game, this is our starting 5 right after finishing up the 1st XC of the year. Bart on the point, Alders the two spot, JB the power forward, Alex the swingman small forward, and Mitch is the presence in the center.
Big props to the powers that brought the new race Series together.They say the devil is in the details and the attention to detail was evident. From motorcycle stunt shows, boy scout color gaurd, umbrella girls on the start line (front row), and a spectator friendly technical course.
You can always judge the number of people at an event by how quickily the the toilet paper runs out at the porta potties,. The TP ran out early and in the case of resurecting US mountain bike racing, that’s a good thing!
